A fun day of a mini-triathalon proved to Andy who can workout with the best of them.  Susan and Erin decided to take the girly-girl approach and not participate much, while everyone else was swimming, biking and running as fast and as hard as they could.  Susan would regret this move later. 

Well, Susan, Tiffany and Alexis are ousted.  Stephanie continues to be in a winning spot.  She received the first impression rose, the first alone time date and the first kiss.  Yes, she kissed him.  Secured her safe spot this episode by receiving a rose on their date.  However, she continues to talk herself up so much that it is getting a bit tiresome.  The other girls are not too fond of it either.
